Many business owners think that if they can run a business, but also can make the right decision for sale. In fact, this is not always the case. 

You see, when you spend 40 hours or more per week on a multi-year project, which tend to be quite close. Are you selling a home business or a large corporation, you can still have trouble understanding what the actual value of the objective and know what your best option.

Everything I learned about buying and selling a business, I learned the hard way. You see, my family has been in the restaurant industry for generations and generations. 

Unfortunately, times have really changed in the region in which we operate, and the things that we prefer downhill for us to contemplate the sale of the business.
